Occupational Health & Safety
ISO 45001 is the international standard for occupational health and safety management systems. It replaced OHSAS 18001 and applies to any organisation that wants to reduce workplace risk and demonstrate that it takes worker safety seriously.

- Worker consultation and participation — a requirement of the standard, not an optional extra.
- Emergency preparedness, incident investigation and corrective action.
- Legal and regulatory compliance relating to health and safety.
Who needs it
Any organisation with physical operations: manufacturing, construction, logistics, warehousing, facilities management, healthcare, hospitality. It is also increasingly requested from office-based businesses bidding for public-sector or large corporate contracts.
Business impact
Beyond compliance, certification typically reduces incident rates, lowers insurance exposure and removes a common disqualifier in supplier pre-qualification questionnaires. It also gives management a defensible record that risk was assessed and controlled.
