About this website

This website is operated by The Global Standards. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Accreditation status

Certification issued by The Global Standards is not accredited by the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) or by any IAF-recognised accreditation body. Our certificates confirm that an independent third-party assessment against the relevant standard has been completed. If your customer or tender specifically requires IAF-accredited certification, please tell us before you engage us.

Use of the certificate register

The Verify Certificate page is provided free of charge so that anyone can confirm the status of a certificate we have issued. Automated or bulk querying of the register, or any attempt to enumerate certificate numbers, is not permitted and may be blocked.

Certification marks

Our name, logo and certification marks may be used only by organisations we have certified, only during the validity of their certificate, and only in the form we supply. Use of the ISO logo itself is controlled by ISO and is not granted by us.

Accuracy of information

We take care to keep the information on this site accurate, but standards, revisions and requirements change. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, regulatory or professional advice. Specific requirements should be confirmed with us in writing before you rely on them.

Third-party links

Where this site links to other websites we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, The Global Standards is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Our obligations in respect of certification services are set out in the engagement terms agreed with each client.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Delhi shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
